A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Jay has been interested in technology ever since he was a child, and has always had a passion for troubleshooting computer system issues. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Computer Information Systems in 2004. The past 6 years, he’s been pursuing advanced IT management and support of Microsoft and Citrix environments.

“I’ve always enjoy learning new technologies, and I’m excited to be a part of the Matrix team,” states Jay. Jay adds, “I married my wife, Caroline, in July of 2009, and this summer we traveled to Estes Park, CO to celebrate our 1 year anniversary”.

Jay and his wife enjoy hiking, camping, and doing other outdoorsy things with their beagle, Max. Jay also loves football and basketball, and tries to stay active.
